Damper Actuator is a control device that drives and positions air dampers in various industrial blowers and boilers. It converts electrical control signals into mechanical motion to open, close or modulate the damper blade.
Allows remote control of dampers placed in harsh conditions of high temperature, dusty, high-place, etc.
Automated damper operation minimizes manual intervention and human error and enhances safety.
The robust actuator design ensures long service life and reliable performance in continuous industrial operation.

The robust design with a die-cast body and a large control box ensures long service life and easy maintenance.

The large built-in cam design for position limit allows easy and precise adjustment.

Damper actuator operates by converting an external control signal into mechanical rotational motion to drive an air damper.
The motor torque is transmitted through an internal reduction gear mechanism to generate sufficient driving force and precise angular positioning.
The output shaft of the actuator is mechanically coupled to the damper shaft, enabling the damper blade to open, close, or modulate proportionally according to the control signal.
Position feedback is typically provided by an internal position transmitter.
Mechanical end stops or limit switches prevent over-rotation and protect the actuator and damper from mechanical damage.
