Notice of Business Transfer for Damper Actuator (DMR Series)

As previously announced, production of the DMR Series Damper Actuators is scheduled to be discontinued at the end of March 2027.

We are pleased to inform you that the Damper Actuator business for the DMR Series will be transferred from Matsushima Measure Tech Co., Ltd. to Okaya Seiritsu Engineering Co., Ltd.

We kindly ask for your continued trust and support of the DMR Series products through Okaya Seiritsu Engineering Co., Ltd., and we hope that you will maintain the same valued business relationship going forward.
