Vibrating Level Switch is a point-level detection sensor that detects the presence or absence of material by monitoring the damping of the vibrating probe. When the material reaches the vibrating probe and the vibration is reduced, it provides ON/OFF level detection signal for powders, granules and some liquids.
Stabel detection for low density material which may make the rotary paddle level switch free-spins.
Stable detection for such material which properties such as density or dielectric constant may vary and make the capacitance level switch unstable.
The simple vibrating probe design resists material buildup on the probe and requires minimal cleaning.

Detectable from bulk density 0.02g/cbm.
Applicable from low density fine powder to general granular.

Stable detection unaffected by material properties such as dielectric constant or conductivity because of the operating principle.
