Signal Conditioner

Signal Conditioner is a multifunctional signal distributor which conditions, isolates and splits instrumentation signals to ensure accurate and noise-free transmission between field devices and control systems. It supports multiple signal formats, provides power to 2-wire powered transmitters, and enhances system flexibility in various process automation applications.

Galvanic isolation and noise suppression prevent ground loops and electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and accurate process signals.

One device can convert, split, and scale various signal types, making it easy to integrate new instruments or modify control loops without major wiring changes.

Built-in transmitter power supply, simplified wiring, and multi-function capability reduce panel space, component count, and long-term maintenance effort.

Three functions of distributor, Isolator and alarm setting device are integrated in this one unit.

Compatible with 2-wire loop powered and HART devices.

Hysteresis setting function integrated.

For example, hysteresis setting with 90%=ON and 60%=OFF as shown on the above figure allows one relay contact to achieve ON-OFF control of a pump.

Signal Conditioner receives an analog input signal, converts it through a precision input stage and applies isolation.

The isolated signal is then processed by conditioning circuitry for scaling or linearization and replicated to one or more independent output channels.

Each output is regenerated as a clean, interference-free signal, ensuring accurate and stable transmission to control systems.
