Admittance Level Switch is a point-level detection sensor that detects the presence or absence of liquids, slurries or bulk solids by measuring changes in electrical admittance at the probe, providing reliable detection even with buildup or varying material properties.
Insensitive to coating on the probe, ensuring stable operation and fewer false alarms.
Works with liquids, slurries and bulk solids regardless of conductivity or dielectric variations.
Robust electronics and no moving parts reduce maintenance effort and downtime.

It is not affected by material adhesion at the bottom of probe since the detecting electrode to monitor capacitance changes is integrated at the tip of the probe.

Generally the detection sensitivity varies depending on the probe length.
Our probe has the guard electrode inside the probe and the structure allows common internal PCB covering all models.
No need to keep multiple spare PCBs.

The relation between admittance (Y) and Capacitance (C) is generally defined as the following formula:
Yc = jwC
Where:
Therefore, where capacitance (C) becomes bigger, admittance (Yc) comes bigger accordingly.
Admittance Level Switch detects the level by this electrical characteristics of capacitors.
