Pointer level gauge is a mechanical indicator that shows liquid level by transmitting float movement to an external pointer, providing direct and continuous visual level indication without external power. Relay contacts and current output signal available as well.
Mechanical operation enables reliable level indication without electrical wiring, reducing installation and running costs.
The larger pointer provides clear continuous level indication at a glance even from a position slightly away from the tank.
Simple mechanical construction ensures stable operation with minimal failure risk and long service life.

Four detection methods are available according to site conditions.

The larger pointer is included, allowing the level confirmation even from a position slightly away from the tank.

Flame-proof (d2G4) model is available as option.
Pointer level gauge operates on a purely mechanical principle using a float mechanism.
A float inside the tank moves up and down in accordance with the liquid level.
This vertical movement is transmitted via a tape and take-up pulley system, which converts the float displacement into rotational motion.
The rotation is transferred to a pointer through a constant torque spring mechanism, ensuring smooth and stable movement.
As a result, the pointer rotates over a calibrated dial to provide continuous and direct visual indication of the liquid level without the need for an external power supply.
