Dust Monitor is a triboelectric principle measuring sensor that continuously measures particulate concentration in gas or air streams by detecting the electrical charge generated when dust particles strike or pass near a sensing probe. The induced triboelectric signal is proportional to the dust concentration, enabling reliable real-time monitoring of dust collector performance, dust emissions in stacks, etc.
Provides continuous, real-time dust monitoring to support regulatory compliance, workplace safety and stable process operation.
Enables immediate identification of filter failure or leakage, helping prevent environmental violations and unplanned shutdowns.
Supports predictive maintenance by monitoring actual dust levels, optimizing bag filter or dust collector servicing intervals.

Provides 24H continuous measurement which is highly correlated with the absolute measurement (isokinetic sampling method) at a reasonable cost.

No complicated commissioning required.
It is done by selecting a measurement range with screwdriver only.

Compact type, Remote sensor type, Correlation compensation function, High temperature resistant, Ex-proof (Ex ib IIB T4), Corrosion resistant, etc.
Triboelectric dust monitor operates based on the triboelectric effect generated by particulate matter flowing in a gas stream.
When dust particles strike or pass through the sensing probe, electrical charges are transferred between the particles and the probe surface.
The resulting charge transfer and induced current are detected as an electrical signal whose magnitude is proportional to the concentration.
This signal is continuously processed by the monitor electronics, filtered and converted into a dust concentration trend or output signal.
