Pull Cord Switch is an emergency stop safety switch operated by a wire-rope running alongside the belt conveyor. When the cord is pulled, the switch trips and immediately stops the conveyor, allowing quick emergency shutdown from any point along its length.
Wire-rope pulling construction allows quick access to the switch system from anywhere alongside the conveyor.
Reliable operation with the world top class quality since 1950's as a world leading brand.
Effective as a backup interlock as well to keep stopping the conveyor during the site work.

25m length of wire-rope is connectable at each sides of Pull Cord Switch, i.e. one unit can covers total 50m length.

IP67 weather-proof, d2G4 flame-proof, SDP13 dust ignition-proof and IECEx constructions are available on above three basic models.

Customization possible.
Examples: cold-resistant specification, salt-resistant specification, etc.
Connect wire-ropes at both sides of the Pull Cord Switch alongside the belt conveyor.
Now you can pull wire-rope anywhere alongside the belt conveyor.
When you pull the wire-rope, the lever connected with wire-rope rotates and the internal cam drum rotates accordingly to operate microswitches for signal and stopping the conveyor.
