Heavy Duty Limit Switch is a robust electromechanical device used to detect the presence, position or end-of-travel of a moving part in industrial machineries. It operates the switch by physical actuation through levers, rollers or plungers to provide reliable signals for process control, safety interlocks or machine automation.
The robust mechanical construction ensures consistent performance even in tough industrial conditions.
Provides accurate position detection for heavy machineries, enabling effective safety interlocks and reducing the risk of accidents.
Durable design minimizes failure and maintenance needs, helping customers maintain continuous operation.

Lightweight and robust because of the aluminum alloy diecast housing and ribbed structure.
Double bearings structure to support the shaft (frequently operated) so as to extend the lifetime.
Weatherproof, oil-resistant and dust-proof structure with the oil seal on the shaft and O-ring seal on the cover.
High vibration- and shock-resistant performance by stable contact force with the superior internal operating mechanism and snap action of internal switches.
A striker is installed on the machine and moves in accordance with the machine’s operation.
As the striker slides, it contacts and pushes the actuator lever of the heavy duty limit switch.
The lever movement drives an internal cam mechanism, which actuates the built-in microswitch, causing the switch contacts to change state.
The output signal is used for position detection, control, or safety interlocking.
Once the striker is released, the lever returns to its original position and the switch automatically resets.
