Belt Cleaner, sometimes called as Conveyor Belt Cleaner, is a mechanical device installed at the head pulley or along the return side of a conveyor system to remove residual material adhering to the belt surface. By scraping off carryback, the cleaner improves belt tracking, reduces spillage, minimizes material buildup and contributes to stable operation.
Possible to reduce conveyor belt drifts caused by material buildup or carryback.
Possible to prevent material spillage, chute blockage and fire accident caused by belt drifts.
Possible to reduce unnecessary costs due to belt drifts, material spillage, facility damage, fire accidents, etc.

Strong scraping ability because of the segmented strip-shaped construction. This construction has better conformability to the uneven surface of the belt.

Scraper tip material is selectable from two kinds, one is the tungsten carbide which is effective for harder buildup, and the other one is urethane which is less abrasive against belts.

Installation work is simple and easy because the adjustment work can be done by tuning bolts only.
Belt Cleaner works by pressing a tensioned blade against the surface of returning belt to scrape off carryback material.
As the belt moves, the blade removes adhered material, which falls back into the chute, improving cleaning efficiency and reducing buildup.

Series | Main models | Remarks |
